1. Aceptación
Al usar FotoCuentas aceptas estos términos. FotoCuentas es operado por Millennium Technology Business LLC, 941 W Morse Blvd Ste 100, Winter Park, FL 32789, USA. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.
2. El servicio
FotoCuentas permite enviar fotos de facturas y recibos por WhatsApp para obtener reportes organizados de gastos. El servicio está en etapa de preparación y puede cambiar, tener interrupciones o no estar disponible en todos los países.
3. Uso aceptable
No puedes usar el servicio para fines ilegales, enviar contenido que no tengas derecho a compartir, intentar acceder sin autorización a los sistemas, ni interferir con su funcionamiento.
4. La información extraída puede contener errores
La lectura de documentos se hace con inteligencia artificial y puede contener errores. Los reportes no constituyen asesoría contable, fiscal ni legal. Eres responsable de verificar la información antes de actuar sobre ella.
5. Planes y pagos
Cuando existan planes de pago, el precio, la periodicidad, los impuestos aplicables y las condiciones de cancelación y reembolso se mostrarán antes de que contrates. Los cobros pueden ser gestionados por un procesador de pagos externo.
6. Tus contenidos
Conservas la propiedad de los documentos y datos que envías. Nos otorgas el permiso limitado necesario para procesarlos y prestarte el servicio, según la política de privacidad.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, el servicio se ofrece “tal cual” y Millennium Technology Business LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, pérdida de ingresos o multas derivadas del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto que hayas pagado por el servicio en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
8. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el servicio y pedir la eliminación de tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin perjuicio de los derechos de consumo que te correspondan en tu país.

Acceptance. By using FotoCuentas you agree to these terms. FotoCuentas is operated by Millennium Technology Business LLC, 941 W Morse Blvd Ste 100, Winter Park, FL 32789, USA.
The service. FotoCuentas lets you send photos of invoices and receipts on WhatsApp to obtain organized expense reports. The service is being prepared and may change, experience interruptions or be unavailable in some countries.
Acceptable use. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, submit content you have no right to share, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Extracted information may contain errors. Documents are read using artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Reports are not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
Plans and payments. When paid plans exist, price, billing period, applicable taxes and cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you purchase. Payments may be handled by a third-party processor.
Your content. You retain ownership of the documents and data you send. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them and provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and Millennium Technology Business LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or fines arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have in your country.
